What is in a row

Company
Legal name and the name on its Google listing, where they differ.
License
State license number, class, and how many years it has been held.
Insurance
Workers compensation status on the state register. Uninsured companies are dropped.
Phone
The number on the Google listing — the one a customer actually dials — plus the license-register number where it differs.
Address
Street address, city and county.
Reviews
Review count and star rating.
Hours
Published opening hours, including whether the listing claims 24 hours.
Software
What the company runs, read off its own site: CallRail, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, HighLevel, Podium, Birdeye, and the ad tags on the page.
Website
Domain, and whether there is one at all.
Answered after hours
Whether a person picked up on a live call placed between 6 and 9pm, and the time they picked up. This column exists nowhere else.

Companies that fail the gates never reach the file: no license, no workers compensation on the register, no Google listing, no phone. What you get is the set worth calling.
