Privacy Policy

Bridgehead Advisory is a service of Badami Ventures LLC (doing business as Bridgehead). This policy describes what we collect on this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to gobridgehead.ai — the marketing site — not to client engagements, which operate under separate agreements with each company.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us and the minimum needed to run the site:

  • Booking information. When you book a call, the scheduling tool collects your name, email address, anything you write in the booking form, and the time you selected.
  • Email correspondence. Your name, email address, and whatever you send us when you write in directly.
  • Analytics. We use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics service that uses no cookies and collects no personal information. We see aggregate page views, not you.
  • Advertising measurement. We run the LinkedIn Insight Tag so we can tell whether our LinkedIn campaigns are working. It does set cookies and reports back to LinkedIn. You can opt out at LinkedIn's opt-out page.

What we do with it

  • Hold your booking and prepare for the call.
  • Respond to what you sent us.
  • Send a confirmation and any follow-up tied to that conversation.
  • Understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and which campaigns bring people here.

That's the whole list. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not send marketing you didn't ask for.

Who touches your data

We use a small number of service providers to run this site:

  • Google Calendar — scheduling and booking.
  • Supabase — stores contact records.
  • Resend — delivers our transactional email.
  • Plausible — cookieless analytics.
  • LinkedIn — advertising measurement.
  • Railway — hosts the site.

Each processes data only on our behalf and only to provide these services.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact information for as long as the conversation is live, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first.

Your choices

Email [email protected] at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll act on the request promptly and confirm when it's done.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box on our demo page, or tell our demo line on a call that we may text you, we may send you text messages about your demo, the lead the demo line captured, and setting the service up on your own number. Message frequency varies; typically one to three messages after a demo. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help.

If you are a Front Desk account owner and turn on text alerts in your Front Desk dashboard, we send you text alerts about new calls and leads, and messages a caller asks us to pass on to you. These come from our toll-free number, (855) 505-4126. Message frequency varies with your call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to end alerts and HELP for help. Your mobile number is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

A note on client data

This website never touches client systems or confidential business information. Engagements run inside your environment under separate agreements, including a non-disclosure agreement where applicable.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted clearly.
