Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of gobridgehead.ai, operated by Badami Ventures LLC (doing business as Bridgehead). By using the site, you agree to them. They cover this website and the Front Desk subscription described below. Consulting engagements are governed by separate agreements with each company.

Front Desk subscription

Front Desk is a monthly subscription that answers calls to a phone number we give you. When you start it, you agree to the following.

• Free trial. Every plan starts with a free 7-day trial. You add a card when you start it. Nothing is charged during the trial.
• First charge. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged the plan's monthly price on day 8. We email you 3 days before that day.
• Monthly billing. After that, your card is charged the same amount every month on the same date until you cancel.
• Cancel any time. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Open your dashboard at gobridgehead.ai/app, choose Billing and press "Cancel subscription", or email [email protected]. Canceling stops the next charge. Front Desk keeps answering until the end of the trial or the month you have paid for, and you can undo the cancellation until then. We do not refund part of a month.
• Your Front Desk number. The number we give you is for use with Front Desk. It stops working when your subscription ends. Before then, turn off the call forwarding on your own phone; your dashboard shows the codes.
• Setup options. What a paid plan sets up by hand (for example Spanish, a setup call or an integration) is done within 48 hours of purchase.
• Calls. Front Desk tells every caller that the call is recorded. You are responsible for how you use the call details and transcripts we send you.

Booking a call

Booking a call reserves time on the calendar; it is not a purchase, a contract, or a guarantee that we'll work together. We take on a limited number of engagements, at our discretion. You may cancel at any time from the confirmation email or by writing to [email protected].

Acceptable use

Use the site as intended: to learn how we work, book a call, and contact us. Don't attempt to disrupt the site, probe or breach its security, scrape it, submit false information, or impersonate someone else.

Not professional advice

Everything on this site — the writing, the frameworks, the numbers — is general information about how we work. It is not legal, financial, tax, or engineering advice for your specific situation, and reading it creates no advisory relationship. Advice comes from an engagement, under contract, after we've looked at your business.

Intellectual property

The site and its content — text, design, video, and marks including "Bridgehead" — belong to Badami Ventures LLC. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Badami Ventures LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Changes

We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.

Text messaging terms

Program: Bridgehead demo and setup texts, sent by Badami Ventures LLC (doing business as Bridgehead). How you opt in: by checking the unchecked consent box on gobridgehead.ai/try, or by answering yes when the demo line asks whether we may text you. What you get: the transcript of your demo call, the lead details the demo line captured, and follow-up about setting the service up on your own number. Frequency: varies; typically one to three messages after a demo, and conversational replies after that. Cost: message and data rates may apply. Opt out: reply STOP to any message and no further messages will be sent; reply START to resubscribe. Help: reply HELP or email [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile information and messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; see our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Badami Ventures LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
